Site Supervisor

Location: Trichy (On-site) | Type: Full-time | Job ID: SV-01

Role Overview:
Supervise daily site activities, ensure quality, and manage labor and materials with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee & document daily construction activities at the project site
  • Coordinate labor teams and contractors
  • Check & track material usage and site quality
  • Plan material requirements and ensure timely availability
  • Interpret drawings, structural plans, and specifications
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained for all construction work
  • Report daily progress to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
  • 0-6 years of site experience
  • Strong understanding of civil execution
  • Ability to lead and manage site teams

Site Engineer

Location: Trichy (On-site) | Type: Full-time | Job ID: SV-02

Role Overview:
Execute construction activities as per drawings, maintain workmanship quality, and ensure smooth on-site coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor all technical aspects of construction work
  • Interpret drawings, structural plans, and specifications accurately
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and quality standards
  • Maintain daily records and measurements
  • Coordinate with Site Supervisors, contractors, suppliers and labor teams daily
  • Inspect work quality and safety
  • Support the owners with documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in building projects
  • Strong technical understanding and site execution skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities
